It's the AJ life for me!
Got the results via sms at 6.54 am
Although, knowing that Rosanna probably won't be in the same school as me killed of a major portion of my excitement(?) of going to AJ.
But i know emo-ing or worrying over it won't get me any where. We just got to learn to deal with what life deals us.
I can only hope that Rosanna's appeal is successful.
Even if it's not, SAJ's still a great school (despite that club and the very christian-y/catholic-y/methodist-y/etc-y atmosphere it has), so,
During the 1st night at Rosanna's house, we'd only slept for 3 hours

After that, we took an emergency trip to the toilet due to Jenny's (quoted) bursting bladder before heading home(back to Rosanna's house in my case).
I yawned so many times throughout the day my jaw probably became unhinged.
So wouldn't you have thought that i would have crashed the moment i went back to Rosanna' house?

The girl who sleeps so much in class that if she had an 9999 word thesis to write on "my dreams(literally) in class", she would not have much problem content-wise.
The girl who needs 10 hours of sleep before she even feels remotely human.

The thing is, after sleeping at 11am(Ros didn't sleep. Can you imagine that?-.-), I had to wake at 1. We went down to eat lunch before we got whisked away by Rosanna's parents(they took half day!) to AJ where Ros did the appeal procedures. Even though i got posted to AJ, that was the first time i even set foot into the school. :X

After that, Ros went to SAJ with her parents while i got dropped off at my block(thanks for the lift!) as i had a steamboat appointment at night.
I'd planned to get some shut eye.
I didn't.(Look here Ros!:D)
I continued to work on the Rshow transcript(those are some WEIRD Chinese phrasings man! And this is from a person who doesn't construct Chinese sentences very well.) until it was time to head to the tuition teacher's house.
Headed there a little early to play with Milo(god, he's FLUFFY now). Glenn was there (annoying the tuition teacher since 4) with 2 other girls from another group.
Perry and Ker Boon arrived around 7.25 (thing starts around 7.30)
Eileen, Esther and Dewi around 7.45

There were some other people there too but i don't know they are....
It was fun
The steamboat was nice enough. I had so much fun dumping in stuff! Although i wished the rest would have left those innocent tomatoes alone. Why would people dump lovely, delicious, juicy, yummy,...............BEAUTIFUL(throw in all the positive adjectives) RAW tomatoes into the steamboat? :(
It makes them soggy and disgusting and weird tasting and DISGUSTING(i know i said it twice).
The vermicelli was nice too!
Although i ate so much of it, i felt rather nauseous later on. T_T
We had some really WEIRD conversations.
Like how Halal prawns were slaughtered(a complete lawl right?).
And how Glenn got posted to TP's LOL(Law) and Management Course.
After the steamboat we played BlackJack(DAMMIT!) with chocolate money and Indian Poker.
Haha! Indian Poker was hell of a fun. We had to stop at 10.30 though as we were waaaaaaay too noisy and the neighbours would probably complain.
I made a 'Friend' pact with the girl from the other tuition group and Yi Wei made an 'Enemy' out of the rest of us lol!
We wouldn't trust him when it comes to Indian Poker even if he paid us.
I didn't manage to whack his hand in the forfeit rounds but i landed a few satisfying smacks on Pearry(ahh...i just can't resist messing with his name xD), Ker Boon and.........Eileen?(Did I?)
We took some group shots during the steam boat and after the rounds of Indian Poker.

I didn't yawn a single time during the steamboat/games. :D

I went home, bathed, facebooked a little until around 1.30 am before i remembered i had Japanese Lessons the next day and hurried off to bed. -.-
So, the total hours of sleep i had for 3 nights:
1st night(if you can call it night. The sun had risen when we finally slept): 3hours
2nd night(ditto): 3hours
3rd night: 5 hours
It's a miracle i didn't sleep in Japanese class.
I was supposed to meet Xiu Wei to bring him to the Jap Class venue but he was so late i simply couldn't wait. O_O (i was already running late due to me having a reaaaally difficult time waking up) So with some basic instructions he figured out where he was.
When i told him the block number(i had the registration card handy :D) he was like "Oh. That block. I know where le."

Anyway, yay for him! Jap Lessons rock!
After Jap Class, i went home. SLEPT FOR 2 HOURS. Ate lunch. SLEPT FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS. Woke up, complete the transcript translation, sent it in.(yay!) And then went visiting again T_T.
While I was sleeping in my room, an AJC called the house phone twice, looking for me. My parents didn't know i was home (like O_O") and told him i was out and to call back again later.
Lol...ok...so i called back after lunch.
I thought it was something really important that had to be delivered directly to me ears.
But here's what it was. :D

I'll be getting a few more Ang Baos this weekend as we went visinting again today (couldn't make it to the SOYC due to this T_T) and more relatives would be coming again tomorrow!
Before lunch tomorrow, I think I'll be going shopping with my mum for a new(and proper) pair of track shoes and a new water bottle!(My current one's probably breeding algae.)
Hopefully, I'll get my LG Revoir phone tomorrow as well, if not by the end of the week. :D (My current phone is definitely breeding something. There's green things growing in the grooves between the keys.)
Ahh...so many things have happened recently but

Yay it's Chinese New Year!Let's get the well wishes over and done with:
Have an ox-picious new year!(Yes this is a lame pun and i know it :D MOO!)
What CNY means to me:
1. ANG BAO!(DUH!:X)...but this year's ang bao's gonna be spent repaying debts...
MY DAD GAVE ME A HUNDRED BUCKS!!! A HUNDRED!!!!!!!!!!!He usually doesn't give me any, sharing with my mum the usual 50 bucks. BUT HE GAVE ME A HUNDRED!!!
My mum gave me another 50. So total from my parents? 150.
Note that i owe my mum 157 so my the ang bao money from them is what i'm going to use to repay her. I think I'd better change the notes. It feels weird (not to mention unappreciative) to return my ang bao money to her.
2. Hours of brain-cells-killing-boredom at my Grandparent's house. The only source of entertainment i have is my 2 aunts.(I'm so bringing my laptop tomorrow.)
3. Hours of swearing in my head at my so-bratty-they-deserve-an-award-of-a-national-level cousins. Don't even get me started on what brats they are. This entire post could be spent complaining about them.(It isn't all of them, just 2 younger girls.) The mother isn't much better either. The younger one is turning 5 and she still can't talk much (the only time she talks is to scream out orders at her relatives) while another male cousin who's around 20 months old can talk more than her. When the rest of the people had gone out of the room(me, the mum, and the younger female cousin left), the mum scolded the girl for being 'stupid' and 'losing out' to the male cousin.(I think she thought i couldn't hear her as i had my headphones on. It was a soft ballade though :X) Like WTF right? And this aunt and uncle of mine TOTALLY SPOILS the kids(it's no wonder they're such brats). The younger one was screaming and demanding that she wanted to sleep where the 'snack table' was. Obviously, the relatives tried placating her, saying "sleep by the window ok?very cooling!" and "she can sleep on my bed! Nice and Soft!". There was also something about tradition stating that tables can't be moved during CNY. It wasn't even their house and the mum went "Let's move the table and move it back later."

4.Weird, awkward and shallow conversations with relatives
The conversations go something like this:
Me: Hello, happy new year.(It's basic courtesy ingrained into me after years of nagging by my parents to stop whatever i'm doing to greet the elders first.)
Unknown Relative: Hello! Happy new year! Waaa, you've grown so big already!(Oh please, you say that every year...how much could i have grown in one year?What's more, i'm way past my 'growth spurt' age. I've not grown any taller for 6 years and you pretty much know it too.)
Me: Ahh? *awkward silence #1* Really....?*awkward silence #2* I don't think so...*awkward silence #3"
Unknown Relative: Grow so pretty le ar?(oh please, as if we don't know you're saying this as an obligatory line. If I'd really 'grown prettier' every year you've said that line, I'd enrol in a beauty pageant-.-)

I'd gotten another lunch invitation from my youngest Aunt. The venue's at Jack's Place. (I can see the blubber lining up, waiting to jump into my belly to make my spare tyre even more obvious!:D)

Anyway, I find CNY and Reunion Dinner an 'obligatory festival' more than anything else. It's only because of my Grandma and Grandpa that we go back. When they're gone*slaps self*, i doubt those unknown relatives would even gather/visit anymore.
I feel sad (and sort of sorry) for my grandparents. :(

Ok, after my grandparent's house(i was there for 5 hours!!! 5 hours of absolutely nothing to do!!) we went to J8 to drink some coffee from the CoffeeBean outlet. My parents drank coffee anyway.(I prefer tea as my source of caffeine. :P) I took this REALLY SINFUL cup of ice-blended-pure-caramel-with-cream drink and it's freaking lovely. (Who cares about the calories. :P Sating my cravings come first!)

When we were in the lift of our block, there was this really cute girl being carried by her parents in the same lift. As they got off on the 4th floor, the voice recording of lift went 'story 4.' THE GIRL WENT IN THIS LOUD HYPER VOICE "CHOI 4!!!" AS SHE SCRUNCHED HER FACE UP. LOL.
Haha! That got my mum started about how i used to insist the voice recording of the lift went "Juni Up!"(going up) and "Juni Down!"(going down). :X
And then she went on to talk about "hilarious" mistakes made during my youth.

And this is the non-KAT-TUN post.:DI woke up at 9.20 to accompany Ros to her dental appointment. Yes i was zombified like duh.
After which, we went shopping for Rosanna's sister's present.
She ended up buying a NEWS(or was it YamaPi?) poker deck for her sis and a necklace from Minitoons. We were looking around for DBSK albums but we only found 2 singles. :(
We walked around the shopping centers at Kovan and Hougang MRT...ate lunch at QiJi(why is it called QiJi[miracle in chinese] when it's a place selling halal malay food?) before heading back to AMK.
Ros got off at central to meet her Mum and Sis at Banquet while i continued on to school. I'd planned to stop by the bandroom before the CNY hols. And try to get reacquainted with the trombone again.
BUT THERE WASN'T A SPARE TROMBONE FOR ME TO USE!!
All that was available to me was a mouthpiece.
ZZZ.
So i did some basic buzzing and tonguing with Iris outside the Bandroom.
Got bored soon enough as i wanted the entire instrument dammit. Not just 1/10th of the metal. It just isn't quite the same without the instrument.
Anyway, walked in on the band practicing their SYF set piece. They're playing the 2nd overture(can't remember the exact name).
I liked the choice piece they picked. (What's the name again?With heart and voice?Some half-assed title that doesn't do the the piece justice.) It sounded nice. But i wasn't able to hear the entire piece in the way it was supposed to be performed (yup...they sounded somewhat...all-over-the-place-y. Maybe I'll try surfing limewire to get the song.
It may turn out to be a song I'd find annoying after listening to it for a few days lol.
I'll only know when i download it i guess........
Should i give KAT-TUN songs a break?

Ok, so after band, went opposite the school and ate lamb chop. It started off with Iris and Han Xuan. Then Noraini and Zhen Yee and Sebastian and...Justin? joined. Yeah...so we just..ate-.-
Then...went to a recently opened ice cream stall to eat....well...ice cream.(Were you expecting anything else?) It's cheap and nice. O_O
I took soursop.
BUT I LOVED HAN XUAN'S DURIAN ICE CREAM!
Ended up stealing quite alot from him. -.-(Sorry HX!)
I'm so taking that flavour next time.

The news is out! Congratulations to KAT-TUN for getting the White X'mas Single certified platinum for selling more than 250,000 copies in Japan!Even though this single has the lowest sales amongst all singles, it's still a platinum-awardee!:D(Let's blame it on the lack of B-side :P)

I met Rosanna at AMKHub today around 12 to cut my hair.
And YAY! XIAO DAN HAS CUT HER HAIR!
I don' think it looks very different. Everything's just....shorter...and less unruly. Imagine if i decided to spot a bob one day. :P I think people are gonna have a heart attack if i decide to do so. It's been...6-7 years since i had short hair? The last time i had these tresses chopped off was in Pri 3. I was just so annoyed with long hair and decided to tell the hair dresser to give me a really short bob. Looking back at the pictures now.......*hides under the table*

SOMEONE COULD SUE FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER THROUGH MEANS OF BRAIN-SCARRING.
Anyway, going back to Jean Yip(yep, that's where i cut my hair. 32 FREAKING BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN!) made me remember my last trip there(about half a year back?I'd not cut my hair in aaaaaaageeeesss). The guy who cut my hair told me i was balding as the hair at the sides of my head is thin.

If that's the case, I've been balding ever since hair started to grow on my wee lil head 16 years ago!

I was with Clara(she was rebonding her hair) and they were trying to get her to sign up for some scalp treatment thing. (Apparently she had some scalp problems which resulted in hair not growing out from the pores after the fall off. SHE'S THE BALDING ONE! :P)

Today(yesterday, actually...), I had lunch with my aunty! Yay!Met her at the Mandarin Hotel in Orchard(that's where she works).
And i had a really 'nice' surprise waiting for me.
Her boss wanted to meet me.
?!
It was SCARY!
That guy had the qualifications to be president if he wanted to.
Chairman of a bank.
Chairman of PRC(or PSC or whatever>.<).
Interviewer of prospective President's Scholarship's awardees.
And that's just to name a few.
Don't get me wrong.
He was a really nice guy.
And sharp.(Especially for an 81 year old man.)
He gave me a talk about the future...blahblah.
It seems every lunch i get 'treated' to, it's accompanied by a 'lecture' of a sort.
Everyone seems to want to talk to me about my future. :(
But i learned some really interesting things from him lol.
Like how it's impossible for me to be eligible for the President's Scholarship.(Not like i ever thought of trying for it anyway).
The selection process goes something like this:
1. To be ELIGIBLE to apply for the scholarship, you must have STRAIGHT As at A levels with 2 H3 subjects(like wtf?!) and a REALLY impressive cca record.
2. Out of the hundreds of applicants with the above said requirements, around 50 are chosen. The rest will be weeded out by an interview process.
3. Out of the 50, only 7-10 will get the President's Scholarship. The creme de la creme obviously. The rest just get some Merit Scholarship.
Even if i HAD thought of thinking of applying for it in the future, i doubt i ever will know, after knowing the requirements lol.
Mr Lee(That guy) apparently started off as a lowly accountant for some bank and worked his way up. O_O''
His daughter(eldest?Think the name was Jennifer) was a President Scholar (like omg) and his grand daughter (just taken Os too) had gotten 7A1s, 1A2, and 1B3 and applied for ACJC(I).
Mr Lee DOES MENTAL CALCULATION FOR THINGS WE MIGHT NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO WORK OUT WITH A CALCULATOR'S AID.

By the time we left the restaurant, i was so sure my jeans button was gonna pop haha!
With all these 'treats' I'd gotten i swear I'd just gained back whatever weight I'd miraculously lost during the holidays.
I don't even want to go anywhere near the weighing machine.
But I'm HAPPY! :D
Talked with my Aunty about some random stuff and some substantial stuff. Lol>.<
I like talking to this Aunty. :P
She's really nice and easy to talk to.
You know how some adults just judge you?

I was really really really really happy!
Especially when i got the softsubs of the KAT-TUN QoP Tour DVD.
Then i got rather annoyed and sad. :(
Part 2 of the DVD wouldn't load properly.
And the softsubs didn't sync with the video either.
I'm gonna delete the files, wait for the hardsubs to come up, and then download and watch it again. :(
Then i went around reading some things...and because i was annoyed and bored, i made this! :D

Woke at 6.30 ( $%^&#*^%$%^&%$£"#$#%^$£$%^$#£$% ) again today to go for Japanese lessons. Have i mentioned how much i like the Japanese lessons?:D It's like, the only language lesson that i have not slept in thus yet. :PThen i went back home to change as Da Yi Ma was treating Me+Mum+Dad to 'Fine Dining' at Raffles Town Club to 'celebrate'(?) my O level resutls. The catch was that...i had to dress up.
So look here people!
I WORE A SKIRT.
YAY!

THE FOOD ROCKED MAN.
But the prices on the menu looked so scary.
And it felt weird.
The service was good to the point of freaky. :X
Scenario 1: As soon as i was done with my soup, i started pushing the bowl away from me. Before it even moved 5 cm, it was whisked away by the waiter(note his hand never left his back the entire time he was in our presence).
Scenario 2: I drank the water provided in the goblet until it was...half-full-ish. As soon as i set it down, the waiter magically appears and fills it up again! This happened 3 times!
Scenario god knows what: When they serve you tea/coffee, they come with a tray of milk/sugar/cream and ask what you would like with it. You *point point point* and they do it for you. Unlike less 'fine'(?) places, they set it down in front of you to help yourself.
Scenario $%^%$%^#:When i sat down, they pulled out the chair for me and PUSHED IN THE CHAIR AS I SAT. O_O" I felt like Royalty for a second. xP
Scenario £$%^&*#%$^%$#^%$^%&&*(): The list goes on.
OH AND I'VE MENTIONED THE FOOD ROCKS RIGHT?! CUS IT DOES!!
I never knew i could be so in love with oysters. And ASPARAGUS(i disliked this veggie previously). And Baked Alaska for dessert!(A lil too sweet for my liking but nice nonetheless.)I loved the fruits too :( Ate the first fresh blue/raspberry in my life. (^^,)

Anyway, the place had a really nice and relaxing atmosphere(the waiters whispered to us LOL). :D
Then i got dragged out shopping with my mum at Parkway Parade(AGAIN?!!?). In My Skirt.

Ok...done...submitted the form before anything else happens to change my mind. I decided to remove Catholic JC from the list though. So i have a grand total of 8 choices.BLAH.
Now that the decision making is over and done with, I'M GONNA GO GET MY KAT-TUN FIX!

I've been busy xDI got my results back on the 12th of Jan whoopeedoo.
And ok >.< I'm happy with my results overall (can i honestly ask for more after being so freaking slack during my Os AND prelims?)
BUT I HATE MY COMBINED HUMANITIES SCORE.
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE.
A FREAKING B3.
Although i know it's totally my own fault i got such a crappy grade for it, i'm gonna comfort myself by blaming it on the fever i was running the entire weekend before my SS paper and while i was doing the paper.
IT'S NOT MY FAULT. *person in complete self-denial speaking*.

That's what i get for going out to play at Sentosa and entering the sea AND staying out in the wind with dripping wet clothes. A cold.

It was a birthday celebration! JEEZ! Now my mum's saying how she's blaming herself for allowing me to play in the sea. -.-

BUT I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BIOLOGY TOO!!
Lazy-pig aka me slept at like 5am the day before the bio mcq paper TO SURF THE NET! wootz! So Lazy-pig slept through 40 minutes of the bio paper. And Lazy-pig rushed through the paper in 20 minutes and didn't bother to check as she felt like she was floating around in an state of extreme sleep-deprivation. SO LAZY PIG LOST LIKE 8 MARKS+ TO CARELESS MISTAKES. And that's just the careless mistakes. Ah well, i should be happy with my A2 with Bio. BUT I JUST WANT TO bludgeon MYSELF SOMETIMES!
Haha, anyway, everything else was great. CHINESE WAS GREAT TOO. IT STAYED AT IT'S B3 GRADE!(like duh)As if there's a chance of it rising after me SLEEPING through majority of the paper. But hey! It's ME and Chinese!A B3 is great! :D I came across a primary school exercise book a few days back and i realised i couldn't read/didn't understand half of the words in there. Crap right?
A week or two back, I'd said in a passing comment to my mum 'maybe i might decide on JC' as lately I've been really into Jap stuff(more specifically JE stuff) so i was thinking of doing Japanese Studies in the NUS FASS. So maybe JC was a faster a direct route. And if i change my mind, i still have time to decide on another course.
You should have seen the face of my mum man.
And then came the 'direct approach' method i mentioned in a previous post.
So now, my parents are like, SHE'S GOING TO JC YAY!
Just a few days back, when someone asked me on the phone if i'm gonna go to JC and i replied 'not sure'. When i hung up, my mum was all 'NOT SURE??!!?!?'
*hides under a rock* she's scary man.
I'm not gonna waste space complaining about their previous attitude anymore as it's useless.
I'm resigned to a JC fate.
Although poly courses are gonna be in my options like DUH.
Here's my choices so far(note that the 1st 2 is more my parent's decision than anything. We'd finally reached a compromise):
1. VICTORIA JUNIOR COLLEGE (like wth right?fat wish man.)

Ok, elaboration:
1. SORRY JING2 AND YX! Temasek ain't on my choice now was it's REALLY inconvenient.
-travelling time from my house to there takes around 1.5 hours. So i have to wake at.....5.30 am?!!?! And i can't even sleep on the bus as I'd miss my stop.
-The modes of transport available suck.
1st way--->76 to payalebar mrt to bedok mrt and another bus to temasek jc.
2nd way--->bus to amk interchange to sit 24/25 to bedok interchange to another bus to temasek jc.
3rd way--->bus to amk mrt to bedok mrt to another bus to temasek jc.
4th way--->when the circle line comes up, bus to amk mrt to bishan mrt to payalebar mrt to bedok mrtto another bus to temasek jc.
NOTE HOW EACH WAY HAS ALOT OF SHIFTING AROUND INVOLVED? If i fall asleep in even ONE of them, i'm as good as dead. And knowing me, it's a very high possibility.
-When we have to report to school really early for events(eg, 6.30 report at school?) there wouldn't even be a bus around during 5am(which is the time i'd have to start travelling).
-Even though my aunt did offer to let me bunk there during weekdays, HOW IMPOSING IS THAT?! Unless it's raelly necessary, i don't want to impose on a relative so much. Also, WHAT ABOUT TAMMIE?!? T_T She's gonna miss her grooming/bullying sessions. And she wouldn't have an annoying owner following her around anymore. AND I'LL BE LACKING MY STRESS-RELIEVE ITEM!
2. Although if i have to pick (with TJ out of the picture), I'd choose Anderson JC as 1st choice. BUT MY PARENTS WANT ME TO ENTER A TOP 5 JC!

Why VJC and not TJC although they're both in the east? 76 goes straight to the interchange which is at the doorsteps of VJ=I CAN SLEEP ON THE BUS AND NOT WORRY ABOUT MISSING MY STOP!Not to mention there was a certain someone spamming me with messages on facebook about how great VJ is. YES THAT'S YOU YVETTE!
4. VJC and NJC were vying for 1st/2nd place on this list.
-Although i have to wake at 6 for VJ and 6.40 for NJ(neighbour's car is THE transport mode :P), the sleep i'll get on the bus make up for it.
-Although NJ has a larger number for the cut off point, IT HAS LESS VACANCIES DUE TO THEM TAKING IN P6 STUDENTS! VJ has a lower cut off point, but it has like....200 more vacancies. Although i think it's not much of a difference as the 200 will be filled up by students before me as MY POINTS ARE TOTALLY OFF!-.- But, that's good too i guess? It being totally off and all means that chances of me getting in are slim and that's good.....right?
5. Anderson's 3rd, but I'm scared that since it's rather low on my choice list, i won't end up there...OH NO!!!!!!!IT'S THE MOST CONVENIENT ONE!!!!!!
The rest is pretty much self-explanatory.
Although i think with my current choices, it's like...99% that i'll get into AJ or lower.
I probably won't get into VJ, so that states it all.
With NJ as my 2nd choice, even if the exact cut off becomes 6, i'll barely make it or not make it at all.

The idea of JC sucks for SO many reasons.
1. CHINESE Wth, i wished i'd taken HMT! Even though i'll probably be scraping passes/failing in school....BUT YOU JUST NEED TO PASS TO TAKE ANOTHER 2 POINTS OFF! Wait...EVEN IF YOU FAIL WITH A D7, YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE CHINESE AT JC1! AHHHHHHHHHHHH*flomps* I think if i'd put in a little effort, there's a chance i MIGHT pass HMT. I think. 3. GP/PW. Nothing says 'i am boring and here to pull down your grade average' better than these subjects. I HAVE NO INTEREST IN CRAPPY CURRENT AFFAIRS! When i first heard of Hilary Clinton, the first person that popped into my mind was HILARY DUFF dammit. Now, from whatever I'd learned listening to Jun Hao's rambling on the current affairs in class, I know that Hilary Clinton ran for the US Election and lost. How old is she anyway? I don't even remember how she looks like. Even if i were to read the news, i never open to the politics segment. It's a B.O.R.E.
4.STUDYIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING. We're like oil and water. Totally immiscible.
5. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I COULD GO ON FOREVER AND NITPICK ON MANY MORE THINGS.
I do have a short list on why i like JC though. :O
1. Uniform=my home clothes can rot 5-6days per week.
2. 2 years! To uni! Which is where i wanna go now. I finally have a proper FEASIBLE vision now.(After my childhood dreams of being an astronaut pretty much got shattered by the harshness of reality.)

I think the competitions gonna be pretty stiff this year as many people did well.
Eg. Cat High - heard 1/3 of the population got 6 points.
Cedar - heard their L1R5 average is 9.
But this might be evened out by the fact that many would be unable to deduct the 2 bonus points from being in the JC for the 1st 3 months.

My printer=missing installation CD, so i had to download the driver, only to discover there's absolutely NO INK left. Not even a smudge on the paper we tested on.
Dad's printer=spoilt EONS ago and he didn't bother to fix it/let us know.

KAME'S NEW DRAMA'S 1ST EPISODE AIRED ON TUESDAY ON NIPPON TV!The raw's up for downloads already at JOR@Lj but it's MU links. Which doesn't work for me. Sendspace and MU NEVER workes for me. Hate them. -.- So i guess i have to wait for the subbed/raw MF files to come up. Or i'll just watch crap quality ones on some streaming site.
I downloaded Keyhole TV, a program which enables me to watch Japan's TV channels in real time. So i can tune in to NTV to watch KAT-TUN's shows anytime! WEE! I just watched my 1st episode of Cartoon KAT-TUN on Keyhole TV. It was the continuation of ep91, where they're having a special in some place(Yokohama?). KAT-TUN's 'Grand Prix' continued on while Koki had to ride some really scary roller coaster as a forfeit of a game in a previous episode. The 'Grand Prix' decided who would be the new ADs(assistant directors. Nice name, but basically, they do crappy derogatory work lol!) At first it was AKAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T_T Then it was found out Junno cheated a little at a corner and lost his 1st place. Jin got pushed up to 3rd, so it was Kame and Junno. :(

At the end, the ADs had to play some 'spinning darts' game to see if they had to do a forfeit, or if they had a chance to eat some of the delicacies the rest of the members were having. Lucky Junno got 10 seconds where he slurped up lots of soba.
Poor Kame HAD TO WASH THE ENTIRE BUS(It's like a freaking huge bus!). In the middle of the night! Haha! :X
The way he fell to the floor after seeing his 'dart-ing' results was hilarious. As if he'd lost all the bones in his body.

BUT IT'S SO DAMN FUNNY IN A WEIRD WAY!!!
Think i liked episode 91 better though. Lot's of funny crap between the members.

Oh, and KAT-TUN new commercial for Lotte's using the B-side song of the One Drop single. The title was unconfirmed, the last i heard. But most likely something like D-T-S.
I hope this single's sale goes well, with the B-side and tie in with Kame's drama and all.
OH!!And KAT-TUN's QoP DVD has sold around 175 000 copies(excluding online sales and such)! I can't remember the exact details. Something about it ranking #1 on oricon charts and it making yet another 2 more records for KAT-TUN.

The 11th started off GREAT!I woke up raellllly late.
I had let's of KAT-TUN dosage.
I came across some priceless clips.
I even thought 'Ahhhh~Today ROCKS!'
The 'R' didn't even cross my mind except fleetingly for a few moments.
SO WHY THE HECK AM I STARTING TO PANIC NOW?!
WHEN I'M ABOUT TO TURN IN?!

At around 12 i suddenly remembered 'OH NO! I'VE YET TO DO MS ZAITON'S PHOTOBOOK THINGY!'
So i started doing it with whatever limited materials i was provided with.
I'm guilty to say i did crap work.(As with Mr Soh's.)
While doing crap work, the stupid 'panicky' feeling started to sink in.
I keep telling myself panicking would do no good.

Well, atleast I'm not to the point of wanting to scream yet.

But there's this uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach.

Ok...SO...I did my first batch of KAT-TUN banners and icons today. xD Posted it on several Lj communities to share it with fellow fans(About time i contributed after all the leeching I'd done :X) Just messed around with photoshop a little during my 'bored but fangirly' episodes. If you see the banners you'll come to realise i have this thing for the 'texturizer' on photoshop xD Liked the 'canvas-y' effect it created.Even if you DISLIKE(those people know who I'm referring to) KAT-TUN just take a look and give me some constructive comments kay?:P

Ok, I've ordered two more KAT-TUN albums (Best of KAT-TUN and Cartoon KAT-TUN II You) from HMV Japan. I'd cancelled the calendar order in the previous package and re-ordered it so that i can lump all three items together in one package and save on the delivery cost.So I'll only be getting the items around March as that's when the calendar is expected to be officially released.
I have to start saving like shit.
And dig some greens out of my impending CNY cash.
This is going to be the last I'm gonna spend on them for a looooooooong time.
Or until their next album comes out anyway>.<
I just learned that Oricon Charts don't include online sales in their statistics! :O
And i was feeling soooooooo guilty for not buying their singles(I'm REALLY short on cash dammit).
Ahh well, even without including online sales in their sales figures, KAT-TUN still overshadows many other groups. :P
Anyway, in the next post I'm gonna put on some pics from the chalet + a more detailed account on what happened.

Junno's stylist deserves a commendation. He's been looking way better lately.(I'm not a fan of blonde Junno or haystack-hair Junno.) I think short hair suits him better.
And of course, 2 pictures on Kame :D He just looks too cute. xD
While watching the making of the PV, it was like LAWL. Even though they're all wearing winter-ish clothes, they were sweating buckets in the indoor shoot location.
They picked their own outfit this time and my personal favourite is Kame's(not being biased. I just think he knows how to make what he has work for him) followed by Junno's, Maru's, Jin's, Koki's, then Ueda's.
Sorry Tat-chan. I just can't relate to your furry hat with furry baubles.
Hmm...Kame's...well...I'm pretty much a sucker for man in suits and Kame's pretty much looked like a trendy spin-off on a suit.

hmm...so many things happened these last few days..:OI wonder if i have the patience to blog about all of it :S
Anyway, it started on Friday with me going out to KBox with Kelly, Jenny, and Ros again. We'd planned to patronize another KTV in Tanjong Katong(somewhere near Parkway Parade) but the small rooms were fully booked. So..., yup! It was back to the ole one in amk centrak lol.
I FOUND THE KAT-TUN SONG 'SIGNAL' AND KAME'S SOLO KIZUNA BUT LIKE OMFG THE KARAOKE VERSION SUUUUUUUUUUUCKED.
1. The video was of 2 guys TRYING to imitate KAT-TUN and their god-like level of dance/hiprolls but FAILING MISERABLY. OMG my eyes are SCARRED BEYOND REPAIR. As in acid-and-toxic-slime-poured-into-eyes-before-scalpel-being-plunged-into-the-sockets-scarred. It was so horrible i could SUE.
2. THE LYRICS WERE IN JAPANESE ( as in KANJI and hiragana and katakana). It's so freaking unfair man. I'd sung one other Jap song there (Poweder Snow/ KonaYuki) and it had ROMAJI subs. Why couldn't they get the Romaji sub versions for the KAT-TUN songs?! AND MAYBE EVEN THE ORIGINAL MTV INSTEAD OF 2 SICK GUYS TRYING TO IMITATE THEM.
*pukes just from the memory of it.*
Oh, and there was this REALLY EMBARASSING MOMENT. :S
Stupid Jenny ( I repeat, STUPID JENNY) picked the song Cockle Dooda Doo(how ever it's spelt) OF ALL songs. So when it was playing, just for the heck of it we started singing along ( yes i know, crap right?haha! The lyrics were just damn hilarious though. What was with the fiddler losing his stick?0.o) WHEN THE STAFF CAME IN.
The worse part was, she just opened the door, stood there for like..2 seconds(tops) and left.
WAS SHE TOO TRAUMATIZED SEEING THREE SIXTEEN YEAR OLD PEEPS(ros had gone to the ladies) SINGING SUCH A RETARDED SONG?!
Oh wait, screw that. It wasn't 3 of us singing it. It was only ME. You know why? CUS STUPID JENNY AND KELLY (who picked the song!!!) was too busy LAUGHING. -.-''
*digs a hole* I never wanna come out of that hole again. :S
Ok kidding. XD As embarrassing as it was, IT WAS FUNNY :S I'll live with my bruised pride somehow haha!
After K-ing, we went to Banquet to eat dinner. I had LAKSA!(It's been eons since i had that.) R, K and J said something funny JUST when i had plenty of Laksa gravy in my mouth which JUST had to go up my nose. Great timing man! Like REALLY. My wonderful Laksa Experience had been ruined. :S
Well, after that, I went home and downloaded plenty of KAT-TUN videos while waiting for Selena to come up.

AND! Despite sleeping till 5pm, i was sleepy again by 10 pm. (I feel like a babe all over again, being unable to keep awake for more than a few hours straight).
Selena came up again(yay!) from around...5+ to 7+? I taught her the very first lesson in my Jap textbook as a revision for myself. Lol, it was...fun. XD I was like, phew! Thank god i could at least remember lesson 1 :S

I had to stop as i was freaking sleepy(the result of waking up at 8 for SO MANY DAYS) and up till now ( think that was a week ago), my room's still in the state of being half-packed. :D

Maybe it's because i'd rented a series the last time and so, it was cheaper. :S

Ok, it's cheaper than Video Ezy...but still...T_T

I don't know why, but as of late, i'm like CRAZY crazy over all things Japan.
Before, i was interested.
Now, I'm nearing the line of obsessed.
I was googling Japan for christ's sake! Even though it's probably not in my travel destination list for another decade or so. Wait, NOTHING IS IN MY TRAVEL DESTINATION LIST! The places we're going would probably be Malaysia and....MALAYSIA....
OR! SINGAPORE!
The result of being 貧乏(binbou) a.k.a poor.
Anway, let's say i grow out of this Japan 'obsession' in the next 2 years, atleast i have time to change my mind and decide on something else.
Let's just say GOOD LUCK to me regarding JC life though.
A total slacker like me studying in a JC?

It's going to be hell.
I just know it.
Not just for me, but for the teachers trying to collect homework from me.
I might do some homework for the 1st few weeks as it's a 'new' experience and all but that's the longest it would last.
